In our effort to conquer the most common questions posed in our forums, we wouldn’t claim to be totally done with as it is an ongoing activity . But yes, we have been putting our time into it, and efforts to enhance it day by day. There is one or the other thing to be added or edited. And yes, it needs to be tuned with every change or fix with every release.
Most of the questions in the WiKi are from the end users, who have real time questions,more from non-tech people. One more fact is all the solutions are either contributions by the typical end users themselves , or from our developer’s experience banks.
We have made it a routine to capture most of the posts which can be a “How To” and move it into the WiKi.It is even categorised into various modules and Developer’s section separately.
This will make reference much easier for all the users rather than having to repeat the same procedures over and over again.Apart from this section, we have copies of our manuals here for ready reference.
We also invite more participation in our WiKi Documentation , contribution even as small tid bits…. here and there.. from your vtiger experience, so that it is resourceful for the entire community. Of’cos, we are open to major kinda contributions too, anyting to make our product better, much better.
