Carlos made this [link removed] post saying that there is too much knowledge floating around which is not being put to as effective use as could be.

I would like to know how all we could make it more coherent and more effective.

Just to let you know we have implemented all the suggestions that were put forward earlier. We still are willing to do a lot more.

Carlos says that there is info in the wiki, the blogs, the forums, the dev mailing lists, etc but there is also a mismatch in the sense of the depth and also at times there is duplication.

What can we do about this situation?

Carlos has suggested that we have a mailing list also along with the forums. This can be done.

Is there anything else by doing which you feel vtiger can be more effective in its community-front?
