I was recently asked this question – How does vtiger recruit?
Well, we just ask our team members if they know someone who is – motivated, passionate, has a good attitude and a good guy. That is all. The rest will follow through.
I firmly believe that I can train a guy with a great attitude than someone who has a great aptitude and a poor attitude. vtiger does not have any geniuses let me assure you. We are just normal guys. I think you would have realized that when you would have met me.
I personally do not believe in hiring geniuses or extreme tech guys. Somehow the ante is raised much much higher with them as most of these gifted guys seem to have attitude probs, no?
