We are using vtiger for harnessing and tracking our own growth so we are able to feel the pain that you all have with our product. The team tracks all the customer tickets, queries, etc using vtiger.
The email module has been a very important one for us and we have put in special attention towards this area. Your feedbacks are vital as there will be language-specific issues using this particular module.
As I see it, the world has to turn to use more-intelligent applications than more-headcounts to handle their growth. I do not see vtiger as a tool but as a fundamental core for growth of the company. Trying to de-align the company growth from the tool is in my opinion as of now, not wise.
