Some of the usability enhancements that are under planning for vtiger CRM 5.0.2 are
1. Home page : Upcoming activities & Pending activities enhancement to view ‘Today’s’ and ‘All’ activities.
2. Mail merge : When there is no mail-merge template is available, the mail merge box in the detailed view will display a link to access the Settings>Mail Merge templates. Right now, it displays an empty combo. The heading will be re-phrased.
3. Tag Cloud : The Add Tag link will be displayed inside the Tag cloud box and the box will be made a scrollable, to save space.
4. Bluelagoon CSS update : Identified some places where the bluelagoon’s style displays woodspice’s colors. These CSS erros will be corrected.
