All moderators are requested to enforce strict rules in the forums and the mailing lists. vtiger has strived very hard to have a clear physical demarcation between the forums,mailing lists and the trac. Yet, there are cases wherein the bugs are posted in the forums and the mailing lists.
Please redirect the users to the trac and in extreme cases do delete the irrelevant posts.
The trac is to be the single point of development of the entire product be it features,bugs or code-contributions.
Moderators are also directed to remove/ban spammers.
Please help us maintain the forum and provide quality service to the community.
