During one of my customer visits, I had mentioned that I take personal interest in all the uninstallation mails that I get so that we can make the installer better.
One of the musings to that was that it is not worth spending the time on those crowds as those guys have absolutely no idea what they are dealing with and are not worth the effort to educate them. They are the ones who just see an exe and run it for the heck of it and have no intentionn of supporting the product whatsoever.
I wonder what you guys think of it.
