The roadmap for vtiger will be announced a little while after 5.0.3. There are too many competing features and I would like to have a community consensus before we can move ahead.
The roadmap as of now will not be of use as I am not sure if we will be able to stick to what we make public as there will be a lot of variations in it.
Post 5.0.3, as I had mentioned before, I plan to open the repository for global development. So it will be more consensus driven than before.
