We are under water here for sometime. Most of the team is wading thru water and has come to office. Some of them are yet to come as they are yet to find a way out of their houses.

This is typical of the year-end for us as we have the retreating monsoon that hits us bad. But again, this is the only way we get water in this side of the country so it is important for us.

Yesterday, 3 guys died in a car due to suffocation as the CO gas started passing thru the AC vent and they had kept all the windows shut due to the incessant rain. Those guys would have just about passed out and then gone to glory.

I have been taking an alternate and much longer route to come to office. I am one of the lucky ones whose house is not in water.

The support may be tardy for sometime but please bear with us. The rains are playing havoc here.

Some of the team slept in the office itself for the last 2 days as there was heavy rain and they could not leave for their houses. Again, those who managed to get to their houses, had to come back as the rain water had entered their houses.

Find some of the snaps as below

The politicians are making merry as usual and the common man is not the better.

There is fear of an epidemic spreading across the state by the name of Chikungunya and Dengue. Luckily it has not affected our area till now as we seem to have relatively better surroundings. There have been blackouts very frequently as well due to the rains as the wires might fall and cause electrocution.

India lost to Australia in the cricket match and that sums up the mood over here. I just hope these cricketers appreciate the fact that they play for their country and not for their pockets. There is something called pride that no amount of money can buy. Anway, we always have nuts everywhere, isn’t it?
