vtiger continues to grow. We are now around 12 here, up from 2 till 2.5yrs ago. I am not particularly interested in having a very big team. It is more of a nuisance actually.
Every person needs personal attention and has a desire to be loved, respected, known. This need is easier to fulfill in a smaller team. The bigger the team becomes, the more bureaucratic it becomes and the lesser efficient. Efficiency is the name of the game. My team size does not make me proud. My team’s efficiency is what makes me proud.
Plus, I have YOU folks too to help me with and I must say, I am privileged to have YOU all in my team.
We are trying to make vtiger easier to mould and customize. There is no ‘secret-knowledge’ that we alone must have. It is a question of sharing information and making it easier to use. Again, when I say easier, it is relative. So, please do take it for what it is worth.
