Help needed in cross-checking the issues in the bugtracker

There seem to be some issues in the bugtracker that are very old and may have been fixed in the recent releases.

1. I need help in validating how many of them are still open.
2. I need someone(s) to go through the trac and update the status as of the 5.0.3RC2
