When you buy an iPod, you know what you are getting because you have seen it at your friend’s place, used it probably, read about it, researched it (hopefully). So you have actually bought the product before you even buy it.
I would urge that you do similar homework before buying the support package from vtiger or for that matter, even using vtiger.
Before buying support from us, I would urge you to do the following :-
- verify in the forums if the product meets your requirements, ask/search the forums and wiki if need be
- have a look at the demo
- download the code and play it in your system
- verify what all does the support package do for you
- what is it that the support package does NOT do for you
By doing the above, you will know what is it that you are getting into.
vtiger too is benefitted as we are in a better situation to handle your expectation. Once vtiger gets that 6-inch space in your head, we know what WE are getting into 🙂
