The 5.0.3 release handling too will be done by Philip and Mickie. The release process is being made more less-human centric so that there are less delays and more automation. Even as I write now, there is a meeting in progress reviewing the 5.0.2 release.
sourceforge.net is still down for the count thing. I expected to have 47000+ downloads by the end of October and I hope I got it. Keeping my fingers crossed.
The next milestone will be to have close to 60,000 by the end of November. I am sure that is achievable too. The demo too will be updated in the sense that there will be a work-in-progress demo and we will update it so that the community is aware of the latest happenings.
I am thinking of getting in place some reward system for the contributors. Please help me in this regard.
By this year end, I expect to see close to 70,000 downloads happening. Again, this may or may not happen as Europe literally shuts down for the winter. This may be a wrong assumption but I find that on weekends and holidays, the number of downloads is actually lesser than the working days.
Regardless, assuming that all is working, then the figure stays.
