The number of feedback mails we receive everyday is overwhelming. Most of these are appreciations, customer testimonials about how the product is a total satisfaction to one’s organisational requirements, or other mails about what has to be done to make vtiger better. We have made it habitual to dig into these mails for more details and find out what needs to be done.
It is not that the total bunch of evaluators are totally satisfied. We have received feedbacks saying the product is too vast for small businesses. However, it is true that the product is vast to an extent!
We have realised that the growth of small and medium businesses happen faster over the years as compared to larger organisations. The requirements grow and the scope of CRM functions multiply. Now, instead of migrating from one CRM package to another, ideally, it is better to have an all-encompassing package and keep it flexible according to requirements. This saves not only costs but also the huge efforts of moving data from smaller application to the larger. I think, its better to plan ahead in business than just live in the present!
