We have a very open bugtracking system. Let me assure you there are no bugs that we are hiding internally. Even if there be a bug which wipes out the entire hard-disk, that bug is also reflected in the bug tracker ๐
We have put up whatever we are up there in the bugtracker for all to see. We believe that all the people should be aware of what they are getting with the product.
The bugs are more or less being tracked with proper severity. We are trying to have a standard set by which everyone has the proper categorization of the bug and is able to put it up with the right degree of severity. Let the number of bugs not deter you about the quality of the product. Even the Microsoft product has tonnes of bugs that you are not aware of simply because they are not open (or well, at least not as open as we are).
We are committed to fixing the issues in the product to the best of our ability. Together we can do that much faster. You can safely trust and invest in vtiger. We are not any fly-by-night shops. We are in it for the long haul. The bugs or the bug-count should not be a deterrent.
Have a look at our track record and also at the other resources that are available for self-help.
I am sure these will put you in a much better frame of mind about investing with or in vtiger. Far more money will be made because of vtiger than by using any other commercial softwares. I guess, the same can be said of any open source software. So, investing in vtiger is not a risk just for the heck of it. Think of it as an investment.
