There are quite some youngsters in the team. Remember, I had mentioned earlier that I am going to teach English to some guys, well, the entire team is in my team now. They are all smart and have some dredges of college-like behaviour in them which will be sorted out soon.

They were instrumental in the 5.0.2 release so you can already see what they have done. They are going to take over quite a lot of activities and responsibilities from Minnie and Jeri and Mickie. So, this has been a tough and interesting time at the same time for them.

My intent is to convey to them that making mistakes is no crime and one need not beat oneself to death for it. It  is okay as long as one learns from it and makes a different mistakes. These lessons are somethings that they have to learn the hard way but learn they will.

As long as they are passionate and have the desire to excel, they are going to deliver a great value to the product. I personally find them a good input of fresh blood into the team.

Don is also happy for not-so-obvious reasons but all the same, he is happy.

So, things are proceeding well. The newcomers seem to bode well for the team as the number of downloads too have increased a lot in the last couple of days.

Any vtiger team member needs to be confident and should be a team in oneself. They must have the ability to handle crisis and learn from it. Here, it is mostly a runtime learning of facts and trying to figure out the best way of proceeding with an issue. At the last, they should thrive under pressure. I know that all may not be cut out for this but I wish them all a great, enjoyable learning and working experience with us all.
