We had a discussion about the website and ended up with a few rough and smooth ideas. There is really no major change but just a few things to breathe more life … like giving it more a human face. We have changed the developers page into Community and split it into developer zone and the user zone. There is also a link here taking you to a page called “participate”.
This, we decided to put it up after receiving a lot of posts about how to contribute code, how to subscribe to mailing lists, who can contribute in the WiKi, and so on.
What I have in mind is a page showing vtiger spread over various places- vtiger spread page, another page for those who will like to furnish details for case studies and of user experiences.This page “do you vtiger” will have links from most other pages of the site… I am going very gradually on this, and want to understand community expectations better, for a reasonably good output.
