Vtiger CRM’s Android app continues to see major improvements. The last two months saw three updates, all of which were developed in conjunction with user suggestions (please send any suggestions to info@vtiger.com). Yesterday’s update included following enhancements:
Mobile Call Logging
Incoming and outgoing calls from your Android device are now matched against the phone numbers listed in your Vtiger CRM contact records. If a match is found, the call is automatically logged in that contact’s “Activities” tab. This saves time manually recording calls, and makes contact engagement histories more comprehensive and accurate.
Offline Record Editing
If you find yourself outside your mobile coverage area and away from a wireless network, your work doesn’t have to stop. In addition to viewing CRM records while offline, you can now also edit records that are on your Android device.
In addition to these enhancements, yesterday’s update included several minor enhancements and bug fixes.
