Dear Team,
Email functionality is one of the sensitive features in version 5. The main reason is Mail server resides outside the vtiger core and there are many permutations and combinations in mail server configurations. We have some good news; at the same time there are still many users reports Email functionality is not working.

My aim of this poll is to come out with some concrete suggestions, which will guide us handling email functionality in a better way.
