Simultaneously, Vtiger was voted the 4th best CRM in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.getapp.com\/customer-management-software\/crm\/#getrank\" rel=\"nofollow\"> GetApp\u2019s Category Leaders ranking<\/a> out of more than 350 CRM solutions. Both of these recognitions help validate that we&#8217;re meaningfully impacting our mission &#8211; \u201cTo helps businesses create fruitful and enduring relationships with their customers through software.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<p>\nJim Dickie who is a partner with CSO Insights went on to compliment Vtiger as a \u201cSolid Starter CRM Solution\u201d with regard to both functionality and affordability. Analysts rated us 3.8 in customer satisfaction and 4.2 in affordability out of a max score of 5, which affirms our belief in the fact that our product truly speaks for itself!\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.getapp.com\/customer-management-software\/crm\/#getrank\" rel=\"nofollow\">GetApp\u2019s quarterly CRM rankings<\/a> showcase Vtiger as one of the top 5 CRM leaders in the cloud. The ratings were based on 5 factors namely &#8211; reviews, integrations, mobile, functionality and security.
