I know, its not that things run smoothly always around us and we have people saying only good things to us all the time. It does happen that few things turn out upside down and you feel at the world’s end! But then, this feeling is common too.First of all, is there a “difficult customer”?. I think, there shouldn’t be. A customer becomes difficult to handle only when there is a tug-off-war between his expectations and our services, or worst case,between what we promise and what we offer!
