h)\u00a0 easier customizability of the product to cater to multiple verticals<\/p>\n
i) ensure that people, and not money, are the prime focus<\/p>\n
j) ensure that vtiger is a wealth-creator<\/p>\n
k) ensure that I be a good human being (this is I guess the most difficult)<\/p>\n
l) ensure there is no flaming in the forums so that even the newest guy can feel at home without fear of ridicule or anything else<\/p>\n
