This removes the need for repeated answering of common queries.<\/li>\n<li>The moderators should be firm enough to step in and say &#8211; &#8216; Look up the wiki and then post here!&#8217; . Same holds for all other members too.<\/li>\n<li>The moderators are not the sole guys responsible for maintaining the forum. It is a collective responsibility. There has to be someone acting as a vertex and these are the moderators. So, let us not be dependent on them.<\/li>\n<li>If\u00a0 there is a genuine query not being answered which is not even there in the Wiki, then fine, the vtiger team should answer that.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Does it make sense?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well, I have been time and again reminded that there are too many unanswered posts in the forums.
