This was more so during the time when we were developing vtigercrm5. This was because, I knew that vtigercrm5 is going to be a landmark in open source history and I wanted my team to focus only on making the product world-class. Working on customizations would have been a distraction.<br \/>\nAt that point in time, there were several mails to which either we did not reply properly or did not reply at all.\u00a0 I am not going to justify them as I feel it it un-courteous to not to respond to mails or to respond vaguely.Let me apologize for the same unconditionally.<br \/>\nLet me tell you that vtiger is NOW OPEN to customization service requests.
