The jobs board has been created with the intent of providing the facility to search for potential work-mates. The idea of putting it in vtiger is to use the huge crowd which we get to put forth their requirement for a fixed period of time and we get a small fee for the effort. This is another way of monetizing vtiger. Well, not exactly in the Open Source way but it is yet another start anyway.<\/p>\n
I am optimistic that soon we will have a decent number of posts in the place and we will have a fair enough crowd visiting it too. I do not expect miracles to happen so I am willing to wait. At best, it is going to be another long hard struggle, so be it. Good things take time but as long as we are passionate about what we want, the journey though hard will feel good.<\/p>\n
